If part of the 50% sale, all sales are final. No returns. All other merchendise: Returns are accepted with Catwalkco.com’s authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please e-mail Customer Service at shauna@catwalkco.com within 10 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customer’s error are subject to 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to the customer’s original method of payment as soon as the returned items are received. Shipping related to the return of the product is the customer’s responsibility. If the customer prefers to have a store credit, it will be applied to the customer’s next order. Please note, Catwalkco.com reserves the right to refuse a refund on any return upon receipt of the item. Refusals include, but are not limited to: items that appear to have been previously worn, item that smell of smoke, etc.
